Solenix Deutschland GmbH (hereinafter also „Solenix Deutschland“, „we“, „us“) as controller hereby wishes to inform you on how your personal data are processed within the context of our website. The processing on other websites is not covered by this privacy statement.

II. Data process in the context of our website

1. Log files
(1) With every visit of our website our system automatically receives information from your computer system. If you visit our website only for informative reasons, we collect the following information:

  • the user’s IP address;
  • date and time of the access;
  • user’s operating system;
  • information about the used browser type and version;
  • websites, from which the user reached our website.

(2) Data received by this procedure will be saved in a log file to display the website and to ensure security. We process your data for the purpose of our legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6 (1) f GPDR. The mentioned purpose is also our legitimate interest.
(3) The named data will be stored in a log file for 14 days and will be deleted afterwards. It’s possible that the data will be kept longer than the named period. In this case the IP address will be deleted or anonymised.

2. Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed by a web portal on the computer systems of the users that visit our website. Cookies may store personal data. Our website uses the following operational necessary cookie: has_js. The cookie is used for by our content management system for adapting our website content to browsers that do not support JavaScript.

You can prevent and reject the storage of cookies in your browser settings.

3. Newsletter
(1) You have the possibility to subscribe to our career newsletter giving information about new offers of employment.

(2) We thereby use the so called “Double-Opt-in Procedure”. After you have entered your email address, you receive a “confirmation-mail” in order to confirm your registration to our career newsletter; you will be required to verify your email address with a click on an appropriate link. After receiving this email, you will have 7 days to confirm your registration. Otherwise, your data will be deleted automatically.
Please note that we store the used IP address as well as the time of your registration and confirmation.

(3) We will use your email address to send the career newsletter to you. After confirming your registration your email address will be stored. We process your data based on your consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) a GDPR.
(4) At any time, you have the possibility to withdraw your consent for the future. For more information about your data protection rights, please refer to point IV below.

III. Hosting

Our website is hosted by a server located in France. We entered into a contract with the provider which governs the processing. Personal data will not be transmitted to third countries or international organizations.
