We recommend and apply agile development methods whenever possible.
Out of the many flavours of agile methods, Scrum is our method of choice due to its effectiveness, flexibility, direct involvement of users and simple processes.
The main benefit of Scrum is the continuous iterative and incremental development that ensures a proper alignment of the user expectations and the delivered software.
However, we recognize that agile development is not applicable for all software development projects and sometimes there are firm requirements from the customer to apply a specific method, such as the waterfall model. We also have experience with such methods and can easily comply with these requirements. Independent of the chosen method, we strive for a constructive, pragmatic and close collaboration with the customer.
